What is a Taildragger?

To qualify as a Taildragger; the stance needs to be. . . tail dragging (speed boat stance) and the car needs to have external fenders (fenders that are separate, removable from the main body) also called Fat Fender cars. Pre 1948 (even earlier for some GM models)
